I started this workday by carpooling with a
friend and coworker. It wasn’t too bad there wasn’t any traffic today and we are
going to do it again tomorrow. To boot I ran 2.6 miles on the
treadmill.

A coworker of mine gave
birth to twins Connor Richard and Thomas Riley on Friday night. I was so excited
to hear the news because I know she’s wanted a family for a long time and now
she has 2 boys! I can’t wait to see
pictures.
I’m going to Piedmont
Park now to get some fresh air, it’s so nice out today.
