I just returned from a cruise to the Bahamas whose main purpose was a business meeting. It’s amazing how much time you have for business meetings when you’re a captive audience on a floating hotel. We had quite a busy schedule but you know I made time to have some fun.

Our ship.

On Thursday night, there was so much wind on deck at a reception that everyone was wind blown.

Our first night we dined at tropical restaurant.

Our meetings started off with bang.

Sandy’s new favorite baby, Jack.

On Friday, after my meetings, I managed to snap a few pics in Nassau.

Omar and Regis

Omar and JP.

Rochelle and Tim.

It was by very fortunate coincidence that my cousin Jane, her husband Peter and their daughters Daniela and Marisa were also on the ship.

They met Cinderella: a huge deal.

Very long hallways.

Enjoying some late night fun in the 18+ only bar.

Singing the Material Girl with her back-up performer is Christina and JP.

JP also sang his own song.

But wait there’s more - line dancing.

The Fresh Catch of the Day, although not that anyone was biting.

Castaway Cay, rumor has it, is Gilligan’s Island.

We had to walk to the other side of the island to reach the 18+ only beach. Thankfully, we didn’t have to walk back - we took the little tram.

Ahh, at last.

I guess Donald Duck flew here.

Beats being in the office.

A few fruity drinks later, JP was making out with the natives.

Back to the ship.

Little Jack learning early how to take advantage of happy hour.

Christina as Gloria Gaynor singing, “I will survive!”

Views from my porthole (I said PORT hole!!)
In Nassau.

At Castaway Cay.

At port.
