I also went to college with Will but had not
yet his fiance who will be his wife next month. She is a very nice gal, who
someone in the South might refer to in this way: “She’s got a face that can stop
a clock” in other words besides being very sweet and smart, she’s very pretty.
It was really good to catch up with Will and to get to know
Celeste.

So you would think, I
would have managed to take a picture of Will and his soon to be new bride but I
didn’t. Somehow I only walked away with a picture of the dinner they made for
me. You can however see a picture of them on their wedding
website.
Dinner included
Cashew-encrusted Tilapia with Couscous and steamed artichoke. I’d never eaten
artichoke this way and needed some assistance but regardless of the artichoke
malfunction I had, it was delicious.
