Yesterday was my friend Chanta’s birthday and tonight was her last night of night class. Therefore besides being a year older, she now has an MBA degree and both of those things need celebrating.We attempted several restaurants but they were all closed as it was just after 10PM - her class ran a little late. We were so happy to find that the neighborhood Chili’s was actually open.

However, the funniest aspect of the evening was the table next to ours. This guy just kept ordering food.
Normally, that’s not funny and not that I try to listen to other table’s conversations but it was pretty quiet at the Chili’s and while we were trying to decide what to order, we just kept hearing this guy order food. I asked the server for that table’s ticket so we could see all they ordered:
QuesoDip,
Wraps,
Fried Cheese,
Fajita Nachos,
Bowl of Broccoli Cheese
Soup,
Bowl of Southwest Vegetable Soup,
Crispers,
add side of French Fries,
Chicken Fajitas,
add side of mashed potatoes,
Margarita Chicken entree,
add two sides of corn on the cob,
add side of mashed potatoes,
add two sides of cinnamon apples

There is nothing like laughing until your almost crying. Or being unable to open your eyes more than a squint
from laughing so intensely. Everytime more food showed up at their table we would laugh harder and harder because it was unbelievable how much food the one guy ordered.
