Birmingham Visit
Tonight, I had the opportunity to visit my friend Mike and Jen tonight.
Besides catching up and playing Trivial Pursuit 6 which is hard by the way.
Their boys Liam and Keegin

I’m visiting San Francisco, California for the first time this weekend.
AND, I want to meet all of my Bay Area listeners…
SO, join me for what I’m calling my “HOLA HOUR,”
it’s like Happy Hour but we get to say, “Hola!” to each other.
We’ll be at The Café at Market and Castro at 8.30PM on Saturday, August 5, 2006.
Who knows where we’ll end up after but I look forward to meeting you all.
[And by 'all' I mean whoever shows up!]
Abrazos y Besitos,
Omar

Problem:
Didi is sad, he is all the way up north in Alpharetta and all the gay fun is in midtown.
Solution: Join Omar for some gay fun inside the “fruit loop”
Tonight I met my friends Celeste, Will and Will’s sister Simone at the TGI Friday’s.
They had spent the late afternoon/evening at Busch Gardens while I was at the hotel’s Tiki Bar.
Tonight I had the distinct pleasure of enjoying an incredible Korean dinner feast with friends.
Our friend Hye-Joo [pronounced "Hey You" and pictured on the right] organized this dinner for her sister Hye-Young’s visit. Since the menu is in Korean, they ordered everything for the table and eliminated the “What are ______ ?” questions that were sure to follow.
The Spa Cast. Omar relaxes with a cooling facial mask and talks about his Friday night out.

Last night I enjoyed meeting one of my listeners from Munich, Germany who’s in Atlanta: Didi
and then…
In Chattanooga for work and decided to stay in downtown because well that’s where “stuff” is located. Now you know it has to be a visitor friendly area if Omar decided he was going to go for a run! I have got to lose weight y’all.
I took these photos on my walk to dinner in the Bluff View Arts District.
I’m loving the juxtaposition of the Old South and Modern architecture in the Hunter Museum’s recent renovation/expansion.
