Hey Omi,
Try not to get discouraged with the real estate thing. It’s no better up here in here DC. In the category of “misery loves company”. I got the bug to sell my condo several months back to “buy up” if you will. Well…I have well over $100K in equity in my condo and that wasn’t enough for me to roll it into, at the very least, a townhouse. It’s miserable everywhere in regard to real estate.
Good luck with the presentation. I’m sure you’ll do fine. Just keep breathing!
