Tonight, Wade and I hosted a “Cuban of Spanish origin” dinner for our friends James and Micah and the menu included:
Spanish Yellow Rice,
Black Beans,
Boneless thick-cut pork chops,
Tachinos, [also called tostones made from green plantains]
Spanish Red Wine
and Flan.
I actually forgot to take a picture of the guys when they were at my apartment but this is a picture before they arrived.
