2008 Dragon*Con Parade
We thoroughly enjoyed this year's Dragon*Con Parade in downtown Atlanta. All kinds of Sci-Fi fans lined the streets and we saw everyone from Darth Vader to Pee Wee Herman.

Roman and I hiked 5.5 miles with an elevation change of 1,000 feet along the Appalachian Trail, AT on Rocky Mountain from Unicoi Gap to Indian Grave Gap and back. We drove through Helen, GA and that was quite something.

Atlanta showing Batman is 40 miles north of the city.
