I had ice on the inside of my windows, too, but we just moved in earlier this week and the apartment’s been vacant for about 2 months. I need to literally scrape the windows with my ice scraper for my car! haha. When will it end?? Ahhhh!
In addition to the plastic, you might want to get weather stripping to further prevent drafts.
